Job Summary
Dr Awish Dermacare Pvt Ltd is looking for a well-presented and customer-friendly Receptionist to manage front desk operations and ensure a smooth patient experience. The candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and will play a key role in maintaining professionalism and efficiency at the clinic.
Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk Management
- Greet and attend to patients and visitors in a professional manner
- Manage appointments, scheduling, and walk-ins efficiently
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and follow-ups
Patient Coordination
- Guide patients through consultation and treatment processes
- Coordinate between doctors, technicians, and patients
- Ensure smooth patient flow within the clinic
Billing & Documentation
- Assist with billing, invoices, and payment collection
- Maintain patient records, forms, and documentation
- Ensure accuracy in data entry and records
Customer Experience
- Address patient queries and concerns politely and efficiently
- Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area
- Ensure high standards of customer service
Administrative Support
- Support daily clinic operations and coordination tasks
- Maintain basic reports and appointment records
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, clinic software preferred)
- Presentable, polite, and patient-friendly attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
