We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 6 months to 1 year of professional experience. In this role, you will support the design team in creating engaging visual content across digital and print platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver designs that align with brand guidelines and communicate ideas effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in conceptualizing and designing graphics, layouts, and visual assets for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and presentations.
- Create and edit digital content such as banners, infographics, email templates, and social posts.
- Support the production of print materials such as brochures, flyers, and event collateral.
- Collaborate with senior designers to ensure brand consistency and meet project deadlines.
- Adapt designs based on feedback and revisions from stakeholders.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to enhance creative output.
- Prepare files for final production or publishing, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Educational background in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (degree/diploma).
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a professional design role, internship, or freelance work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design tools.
- Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Familiarity with digital design formats, including web and social media specifications.
- Good communication skills and ability to take constructive feedback positively.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and a proactive attitude toward learning.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills
- Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Experience working with UI/UX tools like Figma, XD, or Sketch.
- Understanding of branding and marketing fundamentals.
