Job Summary
Responsible for managing stock, warehouse, operations and Ensuring accurate inventory records to support smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Stock Management: Daily monitoring of raw material, finished goods, and consumables stock
2. GRN & Dispatch: Verify goods received, do quality check, and update GRN in system
3. Inventory Control: Conduct cycle counts, monthly physical stock audit. Maintain 99%+ accuracy
|4. System Updates: Update with all inward, outward, and transfers
5. Reporting: Prepare daily stock reports, aging report, dead stock report
6. Coordination: Work with Procurement, Production, Sales, and Logistics teams
7. Warehouse: Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper bin labeling .
8. Loss Prevention: Identify and report stock discrepancies, damage, and shrinkage Required Skills & Qualifications - Education: Graduate - Experience: 0-6 months or 2 years in inventory/warehouse role - Skills: Stock control, Data accuracy - Tools: MS Excel - Other: Physical ability to handle materials.
Job Summary Handle day-to-day accounting, GST, ledger, reconciliation, and support month-end closing to ensure accurate financial records. Key Responsibilities 1. Bookkeeping: Pass entries for Sales, Purchase, Debit note, Credit note, Expenses, Payments in Tally 2. GST & Compliance: File GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, E-invoice, E-way bill, TDS verify. 3. Reconciliation: Bank reconciliation, Vendor reconciliation, Customer reconciliation 4. Payables & Receivables: Process vendor payments, follow up with customers for collections 5. Audit Support: Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors. 6. MIS: Prepare expense reports, cost center reports for management 7. Compliance: Ensure all entries follow company policy and accounting standards Required Skills & Qualifications - Education: B.COM or any other Graduate - Experience: 6 months to 2 years in accounting role - Skills: GST knowledge, TDS, Reconciliation, Attention to detail - Tools: Tally Prime, SAP, MS Excel - Other: Knowledge of Income Tax and Company Law is a plus What We Offer - Fixed Salary + Reimbursement + Career growth
