About the Role
We are looking for a smart, presentable, and organized Receptionist cum Interview Coordinator to manage front-office operations and coordinate recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and welcome visitors/candidates.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain interview records and candidate databases.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and documentation.
- Coordinate with HR and operations teams for hiring requirements.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience during walk-ins and interviews.
- Maintain attendance and visitor records.
- Support administrative and HR-related activities as required.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Presentable personality with professional etiquette.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in front office, reception, recruitment coordination, or HR support will be preferred.
