Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide a high-quality shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, and payment options.
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is well-presented.
- Support billing, stock coordination, and other showroom operations as required.
Eligibility
- 0-5 years of experience in retail sales.
- Experience in jewellery retail will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and customer service skills may also apply.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and/or Bengali. Knowledge of English will be an advantage.
- Presentable personality with a customer-first approach.
