- Machine Setup & Operation: Load, program, and operate hydraulic or CNC press brakes to bend metal sheets.
- Should have knowledge of Engineering Drawing & Bending Allowances: Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work orders to determine bending sequences and exact dimensions.
- Tooling Selection: Choose and install appropriate dies and punches based on material thickness and bend radius requirements.
- Quality Assurance: Use precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, and gauges) to verify part angles, dimensions, and structural integrity.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine machine maintenance, lubricate moving parts, and clear minor jams or programming errors.
- Safety Compliance: Follow strict safety protocols, wear protective gear (PPE), and maintain a clean workspace.
- Having Experience in SS & MS materials. From 0.8 mm Sheet to 12 mm plate.
- Complete the Given Target on Time & Optimize the machine operations.
- Comfortable working in Shift.
Pay: ₹12,719.86 - ₹30,000.00 per month
