Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Designer who can develop innovative interior concepts and realistic 3D visualizations for commercial projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of design software and the ability to convert client requirements into practical and visually appealing designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Create innovative and practical 3D interior design concepts for commercial projects.
- Develop high-quality 3D renders, walkthroughs, and presentation designs.
- Prepare space planning and concept layouts as per client requirements.
- Coordinate with execution and project teams to ensure design feasibility.
- Modify and improve designs based on client feedback.
- Work on hotel, retail, PG, and commercial interior projects.
- Maintain design quality, creativity, and project timelines.
Requirements
- Proficiency in 3ds Max, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and V-Ray.
- Strong knowledge of 3D modeling, rendering, and space planning.
- Experience in commercial interior designing and turnkey projects preferred.
- Strong visualization and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
