Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and research-oriented MATLAB and Python Developer to join our R&D team. The candidate will be responsible for developing computational models, implementing research algorithms, conducting simulations, analyzing experimental results, and supporting AI/ML-based research projects. The ideal candidate should have strong programming expertise, mathematical understanding, and the ability to convert research concepts into functional prototypes and software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and validate research algorithms using MATLAB and Python.
- Convert mathematical models, research methodologies, and algorithmic concepts into executable software prototypes.
- Design simulation frameworks for engineering, scientific, AI, machine learning, and data-driven applications.
- Implement machine learning and deep learning models using Python frameworks.
- Perform data preprocessing, feature extraction, model training, testing, and performance evaluation.
- Develop image processing, signal processing, optimization, and computational modeling solutions.
- Analyze experimental results and generate technical reports, graphs, and research documentation.
- Optimize algorithms and code for accuracy, computational efficiency, and scalability.
- Support research paper implementation, experimental validation, and prototype development.
- Maintain clean, modular, and well-documented code using version control systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
- Strong programming skills in MATLAB and Python.
- Experience with Python libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, optimization algorithms, or computational modeling.
- Experience in MATLAB toolboxes such as Image Processing, Signal Processing, Optimization, or Statistics.
- Strong understanding of algorithm design, data structures, and mathematical modeling.
- Ability to read research papers and implement proposed methodologies.
- Experience handling datasets, experimentation, and performance evaluation.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in AI/ML research projects.
- Knowledge of computer vision, natural language processing, IoT, simulation, or data analytics.
- Familiarity with research publications, technical documentation, and scientific computing.
- Experience with Git, Jupyter Notebook, MATLAB Simulink, and cloud-based development environments.
