We are seeking an experienced Online Bidder Manager / Business Development Executive to drive our agency’s growth across global freelance marketplaces. You will be responsible for end-to-end bid management—from identifying high-quality leads to proposal submission and deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Management: Monitor freelance platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and Guru daily for relevant projects.
- Proposal Writing: Craft compelling, customized, and grammatically flawless proposals tailored to specific client requirements.
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Explore new business opportunities through outbound channels such as LinkedIn and email marketing.
- Client Communication: Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs, answer technical queries, negotiate project scope and pricing, and build long-term relationships.
- Technical Coordination: Collaborate closely with the technical/development team to understand project feasibility, prepare accurate estimates, and deliver solutions to clients.
- Profile Management: Optimize freelance agency and individual profiles, update portfolios, and maintain a high Job Success Score (JSS).
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 1 - 5 years of hands-on experience in Upwork bidding and IT sales (web development, mobile apps, SaaS, or AI).
- Communication: Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
- Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and requirement-gathering skills.
- Tool Familiarity: Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) and freelance platform metrics.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of high-quality proposals submitted per day/week.
- Response rate and conversion rate (leads to closed deals).
- Total project revenue generated through bidding platforms.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,594.70 per month
