Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, follow up with customers, and support the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services to customers.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Handle customer enquiries through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain customer details and call records.
- Follow up on quotations and pending enquiries.
- Coordinate with the sales team for further customer requirements.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Malayalam and English communication skills required.
- Hindi/Tamil will be an added advantage.
- Freshers can apply; telecalling/sales experience is preferred.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
