Key Responsibilities
Receive travel requests from client employees or authorized travel coordinators.
Check basic details such as traveller name, travel dates, destination, approval status, and service requirement.
Coordinate with the Velocity Operations team for tickets, hotels, visas, cabs, amendments, cancellations, refunds, and emergency changes.
Track open requests and follow up until closure.
Monitor turnaround time and escalate delays in time.
Keep client employees updated on booking status, delays, confirmations, and changes.
Act as the first point of coordination at the client office for travel-related queries. Maintain accurate trackers, emails, records, approvals, and booking status updates.
Follow client travel policy, approval process, and documentation requirements.
Ensure smooth and professional service experience for all travel requests.
Candidate Profile
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline. Travel / tourism / hospitality qualification will be preferred.
Experience: 1–4 years of experience in travel desk, corporate travel operations, ticketing, visa coordination, hotel booking, cab coordination, travel support, or customer service. Prior experience as an implant travel desk executive at a client office will be preferred.
Required Skills
Basic understanding of air tickets, hotels, visas, cabs, amendments, cancellations, and refunds.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Ability to manage multiple requests at the same time.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to track pending work and close requests within timelines.
Customer service mindset and professional behaviour.
Ability to work calmly under pressure.
Comfort with email, Excel, trackers, CRM, booking systems, or travel dashboards. Willingness to work from the client office as a Velocity.Travels representative.
Preferred Skills
Exposure to corporate travel approvals and travel policy compliance.
Experience coordinating with ticketing teams, visa teams, hotels, cab vendors, or operations teams.
Ability to handle senior stakeholders and urgent travel requests.
Experience maintaining MIS, trackers, or daily status reports.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
