Job Overview
We are looking for a creative, confident, and camera-friendly In-House Content Creator to manage and grow our social media presence. The ideal candidate should be comfortable showcasing our Chikankari kurtas on camera, creating engaging reels, generating fresh content ideas, and managing our social media platforms professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality Instagram and Facebook Reels featuring our products.
- Be the face of the brand by confidently presenting and styling our kurtas in videos and photos.
- Develop creative content ideas and stay updated with social media trends.
- Plan, shoot, and coordinate content production.
- Manage daily social media posting and content scheduling.
- Write engaging captions, scripts, and hashtags.
- Monitor trends, competitor activities, and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions.
- Engage with followers through comments and messages when required.
Requirements
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Fluent English communication skills with confidence in front of the camera.
- Strong presentation and storytelling abilities.
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and short-form video content.
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, VN, InShot, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Creative mindset with the ability to independently generate content ideas.
- Interest in fashion, ethnic wear, and social media marketing.
- Prior experience in content creation, social media management, or influencer marketing is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating fashion or lifestyle content.
- Understanding of social media analytics and audience growth strategies.
- Photography and videography skills are a plus.
