Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision and execution of all civil construction activities at site.
- Monitoring progress of OHT, Pump House, and allied civil works as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordination with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Preparation and verification of Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
- Quantity estimation and preparation of material requirements based on approved drawings and site conditions.
- Ability to read and interpret structural and civil drawings for planning and execution purposes.
- Raising material requisitions and ensuring timely availability of construction materials.
- Maintaining daily progress reports, site records, and measurement books.
- Ensuring quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project timelines.
- Verification of work quantities and support in billing and project documentation.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering (Preferred) / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) projects.
- Hands-on experience in OHT construction and pipeline execution works.
- Sound knowledge of Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) preparation and reinforcement detailing.
- Ability to calculate quantities and prepare material requirements from drawings.
- Good understanding of construction methodologies, quality standards, and site management practices.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
