Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Support Field Engineer responsible for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of ISP and fiber network infrastructure. The role involves on-site support, customer handling, and ensuring smooth network operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure fiber broadband connections (FTTH)
- Perform site surveys and feasibility checks
- Troubleshoot network issues and resolve customer complaints
- Maintain network uptime and service quality
- Coordinate with NOC team for fault resolution
- Handle routers, ONT devices, and basic networking equipment
- Ensure proper cable routing and safety standards
- Submit daily work reports and updates
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of networking (IP, routers, switches)
- Understanding of fiber optic networks
- Hands-on experience in (OFC) installation and troubleshooting
- Ability to work in field conditions
- Good communication and customer handling skills
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
