- Design and Deliver Lesson Plans:
Create and implement age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, and motor skills development.
Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging learning environment. Ensure proper supervision during all activities.
- Child Development Support:
Monitor and assess each child’s developmental milestones, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs.
Encourage self-expression through arts, crafts, music, storytelling, and imaginative play.
Teach children to interact positively with peers, share, take turns, and resolve conflicts.
Ensure the physical safety of all children by maintaining hygiene, monitoring play, and addressing accidents or emergencies.
Provide updates to parents on their child’s progress, behavior, and milestones. Address concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Support children in building confidence by allowing them to make choices and solve problems independently.
- Prepare for Events and Activities:
Organize and participate in special events, field trips, and celebrations that enhance learning and community bonding.
- Stay Updated and Compliant:
Keep up with early childhood education trends, adhere to school policies, and follow regulatory guidelines for preschool education
