Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Baker to manage daily production in our Mumbai kitchen. The role involves leading a team of junior bakers, maintaining product consistency, and ensuring smooth execution of all baking operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily baking operations and production planning
- Manage and train a team of 5–6 junior bakers
- Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation across batches
- Follow and maintain SOPs for production and hygiene (FSSAI compliance)
- Assist in R&D for new recipes and monthly product launches
- Monitor ingredient usage and minimize wastage
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment
Requirements
- 5+ years of baking experience (cookies/desserts preferred)
- Experience in managing a small team in a bakery or kitchen
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
