Job Summary
The Food Production Faculty is responsible for delivering theoretical and practical training in culinary arts, supervising kitchen lab sessions, and mentoring students to develop professional cooking skills as per industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver theory and practical classes in Food Production
- Demonstrate cooking techniques, recipes, and plating standards
- Train students in Indian, Continental & basic Regional cuisines
- Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of food production & culinary techniques
- Excellent demonstration and communication skills
- Ability to handle students in practical kitchen environment
- Qualification
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts
- (BHM / BSc HM / Diploma in Food Production or equivalent)
Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching or hotel industry experience
- Teaching experience preferred (freshers with strong skills may apply)
