Facultyzone Talent Acquisition is hiring an English Facilitator for Primary Grades (1–3) for a reputed CBSE school in Kalamb, Maharashtra. The ideal educator will be responsible for shaping early language development through immersive, activity-driven and confidence-building instruction.
This role is suited for professionals who can move beyond textbook teaching and bring English alive through expression, interaction and foundational skill-building.
Core Role Scope :-
* Facilitate early-stage English learning with emphasis on fluency and comprehension
* Strengthen phonics, vocabulary building and sentence construction
* Encourage spoken English through storytelling, role-play and classroom dialogue
* Design learning activities that promote curiosity and participation
* Evaluate learner progress through simple assessments and observation-based feedback
* Build a supportive and expressive classroom culture
Ideal Candidate Profile :-
* Graduate in English / Education or related discipline
* Prior exposure to primary teaching will be an advantage
* Strong command over spoken English with clarity and confidence
* Ability to manage young learners with patience and creativity
