About the Role
AdvanceTech Intelligent Automation is looking for creative and driven fresh graduates or students with a passion for sales, marketing, communication, and business development. As a Management Trainee – Sales & Marketing, you will help expand our market presence by generating leads, building client relationships, supporting marketing initiatives, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify business leads through digital channels, networking, and regular customer site visits.
- Visit customer sites to build relationships, understand client requirements, and identify new business opportunities.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and outreach activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through regular follow-ups.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and market opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to support business growth.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings, networking events, and exhibitions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates and students looking for part-time work are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office, digital marketing tools, and social media platforms.
- Interest in sales, marketing, branding, and business development.

- Ability to manage work responsibilities alongside studies, for part-time applicants.
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
