Graphic Design Operator – Adobe InDesign

About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Design Operator with hands-on experience in Adobe InDesign and basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for formatting, editing, and preparing multilingual documents while maintaining high-quality design standards.
This role is ideal for candidates passionate about desktop publishing, document formatting, and graphic layout design.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and modify layouts using Adobe InDesign.
- Format multilingual documents while maintaining layout consistency.
- Ensure proper text flow, fonts, spacing, alignment, and image placement.
- Edit and update existing artwork based on client requirements.
- Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files.
- Perform quality checks before final delivery.
- Work closely with Project Managers, QA, and Localization teams.
- Follow client style guides, templates, and branding guidelines.
- Meet project deadlines while maintaining high accuracy.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in Adobe InDesign.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Good understanding of page layout and document formatting.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Good to Have
- Experience in Desktop Publishing (DTP).
- Knowledge of multilingual typesetting.
- Understanding of print production and PDF workflows.
- Exposure to localization projects.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Acrobat.
Qualification
- Any Graduate.
- Diploma or Certification in Graphic Design is an added advantage.
