Key Responsibilities:
- Understand business and client requirements
- Prepare reports, documentation, and functional specifications
- Coordinate with development and testing teams
- Analyze data and assist in project execution
- Support process improvements and client communication
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, BBA, or related field
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of SDLC and documentation
- Strong communication and MS Excel skill
