Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead who can design, build, and scale backend systems while managing cloud infrastructure and guiding the engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in system architecture, AWS services, APIs, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead backend system design and development
- Architect scalable and high-performance systems
- Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure (EC2, RDS, S3, VPC, IAM)
- Handle database design, optimization, and cost reduction
- Implement and manage RabbitMQ and async systems
- Work with Redis for caching and performance
- Integrate third-party APIs (e.g., fintech/bureau services)
- Ensure system availability, scalability, and security
- Setup and manage Nginx, SSL (Certbot), and domain routing
- Monitor systems and troubleshoot production issues
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards
- Mentor junior developers
- Collaborate with product and business teams
Required Skills
- Strong backend development experience (Node.js preferred)
- Deep knowledge of AWS (EC2, RDS, IAM, networking)
- Database management (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
- Hands-on with Redis and RabbitMQ
- API integrations (REST, third-party)
- System design and scalability knowledge
- Linux server management
- Docker (basic to intermediate)
- CI/CD understanding (optional)
Experience Range
4–8 years (or equivalent hands-on experience)

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
