About the Role
We are looking for young, energetic and an AI Growth & DM Operator to own all inbound communication across our business.
This is not a traditional customer support or community management role.
Your mission is to design, build, and continuously improve AI agents that can handle direct messages, emails, customer inquiries, follow-ups, and community interactions while maintaining a high-quality human experience.
You will act as the human supervisor of these systems, stepping in only when AI requires assistance and continuously improving the workflows over time.
What You'll Do
AI Agent Development
- Build AI agents to manage DMs across multiple platforms.
- Build AI email assistants for customer communication.
- Develop automated workflows for FAQs, onboarding, follow-ups, and support.
- Continuously improve prompts, workflows, and AI decision-making.
- Reduce manual effort through intelligent automation.
Communication Management
- Ensure customers receive fast, accurate, and professional responses.
- Handle complex conversations that require human judgment.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all communication channels.
- Create knowledge bases that improve AI response quality.
Automation
- Connect AI agents with CRMs, messaging platforms, and internal systems.
- Build workflows using automation tools such as n8n, Make, or similar platforms.
- Optimize response time and conversation quality.
- Monitor AI performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Analytics
- Track response times and automation rates.
- Measure AI accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Improve workflows based on real user interactions.
- Build dashboards to monitor communication performance.
What We're Looking For
Must Have
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Experience managing customer conversations via DMs or email.
- Strong understanding of ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI tools.
- Experience building AI workflows or automation.
- Familiarity with APIs and integrations.
- Ability to write high-quality prompts.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Self-driven and highly organized.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI agents.
- Experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar automation platforms.
- Experience with CRM platforms.
- Experience using MCP servers.
- Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript or Python).
- Experience working in startups.

Within your first 90 days, you should be able to:
- Build AI systems that automate the majority of inbound conversations.
- Reduce response times significantly.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction while reducing manual work.
- Create reusable workflows that continuously improve through feedback.
- Ensure every customer interaction reflects the Drytis brand.
