Primary Responsibilities:
· Handling user complaints and support requests
· Troubleshooting hardware, software, printer, network, and email issues
· Logging and tracking tickets in the helpdesk system
· Providing remote or onsite technical support
· Coordinating with vendors or technical teams for issue resolution
· Installing and configuring systems/software
· Maintaining service reports and documentation
· Ensuring timely closure of support tickets
Behavioral & Performance Expectations:
· Maintain professional conduct and communication at customer sites.
· Ensure adherence to service quality and documentation standards.
· Customer feedback, and escalation points promptly.
· Demonstrate accountability and ownership in daily operations.
Educational Qualification:
Graduate degree
