1. Customer Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements, business models, and strategic objectives.
- Gather customer feedback and identify new business opportunities.
- Act as the primary interface between customers and internal teams.
2. RFQ Evaluation & Requirement Analysis
- Receive and review RFQs from customers.
- Understand technical, commercial, and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with Design, NPD, Production, Quality, and Finance teams for feasibility assessment.
- Prioritize opportunities based on business potential and organizational capability.
3. Quotation Creation, Approval & Dispatch
- Coordinate RFQ assignment and feasibility evaluation.
- Prepare detailed cost sheets and pricing proposals.
- Develop techno-commercial quotations.
- Review quotations for accuracy, profitability, and compliance.
- Obtain internal approvals before submission.
- Ensure timely quotation submission with all required supporting documents.
- Maintain quotation records and tracking systems.
- Follow up with customers for acknowledgement and feedback.
4. Follow-ups & Deal Progression Management
- Track all active RFQs, quotations, and business opportunities.
- Monitor deal progression from RFQ to order closure.
- Coordinate negotiations and resolve techno-commercial issues.
- Ensure timely customer communication and response.
- Release internal development kick-off after PO receipt.
- Track development activities, sample submissions, and customer approvals.
- Manage price amendments related to raw material, forex, and commercial changes.
- Support smooth handover from development to production.
5. Forecast Drafting & Business Planning
- Collect customer forecasts and demand projections.
- Validate forecasts against historical consumption and business pipeline.
- Coordinate with production and supply chain teams for capacity planning.
- Maintain capacity mapping and demand-supply alignment.
- Monitor engineering changes and inventory implications.
- Prepare and circulate consolidated business forecasts.
- Support management in planning and decision-making.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,801.83 per month
