Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications meet user needs and organizational standards. You will also engage in troubleshooting and optimizing existing applications, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and efficiency in processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the documentation of application processes and workflows.
- Engage in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Learning.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning, Workday Core HCM.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices.
- Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for seamless application connectivity.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Workday Learning.
- This position is based at our Nagpur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
