- Assist students throughout the admission process, including documentation and application submission.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, counselling sessions, and application status in the CRM.
- Coordinate with universities, colleges, and internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
