We are hiring an HR Recruiter in Kollam.
Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Source and screen candidates through various channels.
- Conduct candidate follow-ups and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment documentation.
- Coordinate with clients and hiring teams to fulfil recruitment requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good candidate sourcing and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment requirements.
