Duties and responsibilities/Job Description
·Principal Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate feed delivery schedules with drivers, farmers, and internal teams.
- Dispatch drivers for feed delivery to farms.
- Monitor and communicate delivery status, delays, or issues.
- Maintain accurate records of feed inventory, delivery schedules, and driver logs.
- Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve farmer complaints or concerns.
- Work closely with the feedmill operations to ensure efficient loading and unloading of feed.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Any graduate is beneficial.
- 1+ year of dispatch or logistics experience.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors
When in a feedmill environment:
- Work is performed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent changes in temperature and humidity.
- Exposure to dust, grains, and strong odors in feedmill and farm environments.
- Work involves standing, walking, and lifting.
- Lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling, standing/walking, climbing/stooping.
- Possess normal hearing and vision to perform tasks safely.
Qualifications
· Any Graduation.
