EkaScribe.AI voice-to-prescription AI that saves clinicians 12+ hours a week with support for 15+ Indian languages; Eka PHR a patient health records platform with 20Mn+ ABHA records created; and a Developer Portal with clinical-grade APIs for building AI-powered health apps. We are ABDM- and FHIR-compliant, NHA-approved, and run on AWS and Google Cloud.
We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Inside Sales Specialist to join our dynamic
sales team at Eka.care. As an Inside Sales Specialist at Eka.care, you will play a crucial role in
driving revenue growth and promoting our healthcare products. This is an excellent opportunity
for a highly skilled individual with 2-4 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably within the healthcare sector, product selling, or revenue-driven environments.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls and engage with potential customers to identify their needs and
provide suitable product solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
and maximise sales opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales team at Eka. care to achieve revenue targets and contribute to
the overall growth of the organisation.
Effectively communicate Eka. care's product features, benefits, and pricing to potential
customers.
Present compelling sales proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals successfully.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors' offerings, and market demands to
adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Utilise CRM software to track and manage sales activities, leads, and customer
interactions.
Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to convert them into sales opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing teams at Eka. care to strategise and execute promotional
campaigns and generate leads.
Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and industry events to expand Eka.care's
network and build relationships.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in inside sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets and
driving revenue growth.
Familiarity with the healthcare industry or experience in selling healthcare-related
products is highly advantageous.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and effectively
present Eka.care's product offerings.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and win new business.
Highly self-motivated and target-driven individual with a passion for achieving sales
goals.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and sales
activities.● Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute to a positive
work culture at Eka.care.
Adaptability and willingness to embrace new challenges and learn about Eka.care's
industry-specific products.
Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
effectively.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
