Digital Marketing Executive (1–2 Years Experience)
Location: Hyderabad - DRDL - SANTOSHNAGAR
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with around 1 year of experience who can handle both performance marketing and social media management end-to-end. This role is for someone who is hands-on, takes ownership, and understands how to grow a brand online.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and running ads on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Handling complete social media management – planning content, posting regularly, replying to comments/DMs, and growing engagement
- Creating content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Writing captions, coordinating creatives, and ensuring consistency in branding
- Tracking performance of social media pages (reach, engagement, followers growth)
- Monitoring website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics
- Supporting basic SEO activities (keywords, content updates, etc.)
- Working closely with designers/video editors for posts, ads, and reels
- Testing new ideas for content and campaigns to improve results
What we’re looking for:
- Around 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends
- Basic knowledge of paid ads (Google & Meta)
- Someone who is proactive and can manage things independently
- Good communication and writing skills
- Ability to think from a customer’s perspective
Good to have:
- Experience with tools like Canva
- Basic video editing (Reels/Shorts using apps like CapCut)
- Familiarity with WordPress or website updates
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
