About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven D2C Operations Executive to manage and optimize end-to-end operations across our website, marketplaces, and B2B channels. This role is critical in ensuring seamless order fulfillment, efficient logistics, and excellent customer experience while supporting the brands growth.

Key Responsibilities
Order & Fulfillment:
- Manage daily order processing across D2C website and marketplaces
- Ensure timely order dispatch as per SLA
- Monitor order flow and resolve delays or issues
Logistics & Warehouse
- Coordinate with 3PL partners, courier companies, and warehouses
- Ensure smooth inventory movement and stock availability
- Optimize shipping cost and delivery timelines
Returns & Customer Experience
- Handle returns, exchanges, refunds, and RTO cases
- Work closely with support team to resolve order-related queries
- Identify and reduce return/RTO issues
Marketplace Operations
- Ensure marketplace compliance and SLA adherence
- Coordinate with marketing team for deals, campaigns, and promotions
B2B Operations
- Manage bulk orders, invoicing, and dispatch for distributors/retailers
- Coordinate with sales team for stock allocation and planning
- Ensure timely fulfillment and partner satisfaction
Cross-functional Coordination
- Work with marketing team for campaign readiness (stock, bundles, offers)
- Coordinate with catalog team for product launches and updates
- Align with finance for COD reconciliation and refunds
Reporting & Analysis
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
- Track performance metrics and identify improvement areas
- Monitor channel-wise operations and efficiency

- Order Processing TAT ( 24 hours)
- Dispatch SLA Adherence ( 95%)
- Order Accuracy ( 99%)
- RTO % (Reduction over time)
- Shipping Cost per Order
- Inventory Accuracy ( 98%)
- Stock-out Rate
- Return & Refund TAT ( 3–5 days)
- Marketplace metrics (ODR, cancellation rate, listing health)
- B2B fulfillment timelines and partner satisfaction
Requirements
- 2–3 years experience in D2C / e-commerce operations
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, OMS, WMS, and marketplaces
- Strong understanding of logistics, inventory, and fulfillment processes
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple channels (D2C, marketplaces, B2B)
Preferred Skills
- Experience with tools like Shiprocket, Unicommerce, EasyEcom, NimbusPost
- Experience in skincare / beauty / D2C brands
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
