Welcome visitors and create a professional first impression.
Handle incoming phone calls and route them appropriately.
Manage reception desk and visitor records.
Maintain meeting schedules for senior leadership.
Coordinate calendars of three leadership members.
Arrange conference room bookings and meeting logistics.
Coordinate travel bookings including flights, hotels and local transportation.
Manage courier dispatches and incoming mail.
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and administrative services.
Support guest hospitality and refreshments. Maintain office stationery and inventory.
Assist HR with interview scheduling and candidate coordination.
Support internal events and company meetings.
Coordinate with housekeeping and facility management teams.
Ensure smooth day-to-day office administration.
Desired Candidate Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience preferred.
Excellent spoken English and Hindi.
Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong communication and telephone etiquette.
Good knowledge of MS Office. Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to multitask under deadlines.
Positive attitude and professional appearance.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
