About the Role:
Mercy Medical Center is seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide personal care and support to clients in homes, assisted living facilities, recovery centers, and healthcare settings. The ideal candidate will help clients maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
•Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
•Support mobility, transfers, and daily activities.
•Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
•Provide medication reminders.
•Monitor and report changes in clients’ health and wellbeing.
•Perform light housekeeping duties.
•Offer companionship and emotional support.
•Maintain accurate care records.
•Follow health and safety procedures.
Requirements:
•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Experience in caregiving, elderly care, home care, or healthcare support.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•Compassionate, reliable, and able to work independently.
Preferred:
•Caregiver, Nursing Assistant, or Healthcare Assistant certification.
•First Aid/CPR certification.
•Experience supporting seniors or individuals with disabilities.

Hourly payrate: $26.44
Pay: From ₹2,500.00 per hour
