About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and motivated Circle Manager to oversee operations, manage teams, and ensure smooth execution of field activities. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership qualities, hands-on fieldwork experience, and the ability to drive performance through effective team handling and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise teams to achieve circle-level targets and objectives
Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with organizational standards
Utilize MS Excel and reporting tools for data analysis and performance tracking Coordinate with internal departments to streamline communication and workflow
Implement fieldwork strategies to strengthen operational effectiveness
Foster accountability, adaptability, and collaboration within the team
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
2–5 years of experience in team handling, operations, and fieldwork
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic office management tools
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Other Requirements Presentable, professional, and detail-oriented
Ability to manage operations in a fast-paced environment
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
