PRODUCTION - WELD SHOP

Sr No Responsibilities
1 Plan, organize, and supervise daily welding shop production activities to meet production targets and schedules.
2 Ensure smooth operation of welding processes such as MIG, TIG, spot welding, projection welding, and robotic welding.
3 Monitor manpower utilization, machine loading, and line balancing to achieve optimum productivity.
4 Maintain and control weld quality as per drawings, work instructions, and customer standards.
5 Coordinate with the stamping department for availability of sheet metal components as per production plan.
6 Implement and monitor process parameters, welding fixtures, gauges, and poka-yoke systems.
7 Ensure adherence to safety standards, 5S practices, and shop floor discipline.
8 Control rejection, rework, and scrap through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
9 Coordinate with maintenance for preventive maintenance and quick breakdown resolution of welding machines and fixtures.
10 Maintain production records, shift reports, OEE data, and ensure compliance with ISO / IATF documentation.
11 Train and develop weld shop operators and technicians on processes and quality requirements.
12 Support new product development, trials, and welding process validation.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
