About Us
GSM Consultants is a US-based restaurant management company operating multiple restaurant locations in Florida and New York. We use Toast POS for sales, Uber Eats, DoorDash and GrubHub for delivery, QuickBooks Online for accounting, and Paychex for payroll. You will work live US business hours from India handling all accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll matching, vendor bills, grocery cost tracking, bank monitoring, and daily bookkeeping for our restaurant locations.
Your Responsibilities
Daily sales posting from Toast POS and all delivery platforms (Uber Eats, DoorDash, GrubHub) to QuickBooks Online. Reconcile platform settlements against bank deposits and flag any missing amounts. Monitor bank transactions daily — flag every unknown transaction immediately regardless of amount. Enter all vendor invoices in QBO, match against purchase orders, and never process a payment without approval. Manage accounts payable aging — nothing goes overdue without a flag. Track all liquor vendor accounts and flag any credit holds immediately. Enter all grocery and food purchases by category, calculate running food cost percentage weekly, and flag if above 35%. Match employee clock-in and clock-out data from Toast against published schedules daily — flag late arrivals, early departures, missing punches, overtime triggers, and no-shows. Prepare weekly payroll summary for all locations, get approval, submit to Paychex, and verify every employee after processing. Prepare check run weekly, match every check to invoice, and update check register. Prepare daily numbers update for Operations Lead every night by 2:00 AM IST covering revenue, bank position, AP status, payroll status, food cost, and all flags. Support month end close by 5th of every month.
Must Have
B.Com or M.Com degree. Minimum 2 years hands-on AP and AR experience. QuickBooks Online daily use is mandatory — bill entry, bank reconciliation, chart of accounts, class tracking, and reports. Google Sheets proficiency is mandatory — SUMIF, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and data validation. Good written English. Fully comfortable with 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST shift permanently. Own laptop or desktop. Reliable internet minimum 10 Mbps. Quiet home workspace for night work.

Pay: ₹9,596.76 - ₹26,948.83 per month
