Position: Security Supervisor
Location: Sonipat

Position Summary
The Security Supervisor will be responsible for supervising day-to-day security operations at the facility, ensuring the safety and security of employees, visitors, assets, inventory, and infrastructure. The role requires effective management of security personnel, access control systems, incident response, and compliance with company security policies.
Key Responsibilities
Security Operations
- Supervise and deploy security guards across all shifts.
- Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles.
- Ensure adherence to access control and visitor management procedures.
- Conduct routine security inspections and patrols of the premises.
- Maintain security logs, gate registers, and incident reports.
Asset Protection
- Prevent theft, pilferage, unauthorized access, and security breaches.
- Monitor movement of materials, finished goods, and company assets.
- Coordinate vehicle checks and dispatch security procedures.
Incident Management
- Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies.
- Conduct preliminary investigations and prepare incident reports.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when required.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and statutory requirements.
- Support EHS and emergency preparedness programs.
- Conduct fire and emergency evacuation drills in coordination with relevant departments.
Team Management
- Supervise contract security staff and monitor attendance and discipline.
- Train security personnel on SOPs, emergency response, and safety practices.
- Evaluate security staff performance and recommend improvements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 5–8 years of experience in industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics security.
- Experience managing contract security agencies preferred.
- Knowledge of access control systems, CCTV monitoring, and incident reporting.
- Basic computer skills and report-writing ability.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 per month
