Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Communications
- Content&Collateral: Assist in creating marketing collaterals(brochures, flyers, presentations, case studies). Coordinate with creative agencies and designers for artwork and branding materials.
- BrandConsistency: Ensure brand consistency across all communications and event materials. Draft internal and external communications as needed.
- Digital & Library Support: Support social media content coordination with the digital team.
Marketing Operations
Inventory & Vendor Management: Manage marketing inventory(banners, giveaways, product samples). Research and empanel vendors (fabrication, printing, logistics); maintain vendor scorecard and annual rate contracts.
Budget & Documentation: Track and reconcile event-wise budgets and vendor payments. Prepare post-event reports, expense sheets, and documentation.
Lead Management: Support leadmanagement- data cleaning, enrichment and handover to sales team.
Event & On-Ground Execution (Exhibitions & Trade Shows)
Pre-Event Planning: Plan and execute exhibitions, trade shows and industry events. Coordinate stall booking, space allocation and prepare event checklist, timelines and execution plans.
Setup and Execution: Supervise stall setup and dismantling; managing branding elements, panels, and visual placements. Handle on-ground coordination during event days; resolve real-time issues and ensure stall readiness before event opening.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Event Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience: 3-4yearsofexperience in marketing communications, marketing operations or event management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
