About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Technical Lead to lead
the architecture, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance
software solutions across Web, Mobile, Backend, AI, and Cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SDLC activities.
- Architect scalable backend services and APIs.
- Mentor engineering teams of 5–15 developers.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, Architects and stakeholders.
- Ensure scalability, security and performance.
- Drive sprint planning and technical roadmap execution.

Programming: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Go, Ruby , Java spring boot
Backend: Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs, Microservices, WebSockets
Databases: MongoDB, Redis
Frontend: React.js, Vite, Redux Toolkit, Tailwind CSS

AI: Lang Chain, Google Gemini, RAG, OCR
Cloud: AWS, Docker, CI/CD
Integrations: WhatsApp Business API, Razor pay, Firebase FCM
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SaaS, FinTech, AI platforms, cloud-native
architectures, distributed systems and enterprise security.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹950,000.00 per year
