- Minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in a CRM-related role.
- Proven track record in managing customer relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

- Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus but not required.
