We are seeking an Experienced/ Freshers Radiology Trainer to train radiology staff and students. The candidate will conduct classroom and hands-on sessions on imaging procedures, radiation safety, equipment handling, and diagnostic workflows. The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical radiology knowledge, teaching skills, and experience with modern imaging technologies. Radiology Trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for radiology students.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions for radiology students.
- Teach operation and maintenance basics of imaging modalities such as: X-ray, CT Scan, MRI, Ultrasound, Mammography etc.
- Develop training materials, manuals, presentations, and assessments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Radiologic Technology, Medical Imaging Technology, or related field.
- Prior teaching or training experience preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for learners.
- Proficiency in MS Office, LMS platforms.
- Organizational and documentation skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
