Job Summary
Oats Crush is looking for energetic and target-driven Sales Representatives to promote and sell our products in the market. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in dealing with customers, and the ability to achieve weekly sales targets. This is a contractual role based on weekly performance review.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate sales by approaching retailers, distributors, and direct customers.
* Promote Oats Crush products and explain product benefits effectively.
* Meet assigned weekly sales targets and performance goals.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
* Identify new business opportunities and potential markets.
* Collect market feedback and competitor insights.
* Ensure timely reporting of daily visits, sales, and customer responses.
* Maintain professional behavior while representing the brand.
Requirements
* Previous experience in sales, field sales, FMCG, or customer dealing preferred.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Self-motivated and result-oriented attitude.
* Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
* Basic understanding of sales reporting.
Contract Terms
* This is a contractual position subject to weekly performance review.
* Continuation of contract depends on achievement of weekly sales targets and work performance.
