Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand dealer and retailer networks in the assigned territory.
- Generate new business opportunities and increase market penetration.
- Visit dealers, retailers, contractors, architects, and influencers regularly.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Ensure proper product visibility and promotion in the market.
- Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into business.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
- Submit daily activity reports and market feedback.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in field sales.
- Experience in Plywood, Laminates, Building Materials, Paints, Hardware, Cement, Steel, Tiles, or related industries preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain dealer/distributor relationships.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Comfortable with extensive field travel.
