Job Title: Sales Officer
Job Summary
The Sales Officer is responsible for generating leads, meeting potential customers, presenting products/projects, and closing sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. The role involves client relationship management and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth deal execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify potential customers through calls, site visits, references, and digital enquiries
- Follow up on company-generated leads
- Maintain daily call and visit reports
2. Client Handling
- Explain project/product features, pricing, and offers to customers
- Conduct site visits and project presentations
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable options
3. Sales Conversion
- Negotiate pricing and close deals
- Collect booking amount and required documents
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
4. Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with customers
- Provide post-sales support and updates
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
5. Coordination & Documentation
- Coordinate with CRM, Accounts, and Legal teams
- Update CRM with customer details and status
- Ensure proper documentation during booking process
6. Market Activities
- Participate in exhibitions, campaigns, and promotional events
- Monitor competitors and market trends

Qualification
- Any Degree / Diploma
- Experience
- 0–3 years in Sales / Real Estate / Marketing (Freshers can apply if good communication)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
