We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executives to join our team. The role involves interacting with prospective clients, understanding their requirements, promoting company services, and converting inquiries into business opportunities. Freshers with excellent communication skills and experienced candidates with sales exposure are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients through calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Understand customer requirements and explain company services.
- Generate and qualify leads from various sources.
- Follow up with potential clients and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and build strong relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and sales activities.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets assigned by management.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports.
Required Qualifications
- Any Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
- Experienced candidates with 0 – 3 years of Inside Sales, Tele Sales, Business Development, or Customer Support experience are preferred.
- Proficiency in English and Tamil communication.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is an added advantage.
