We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our Business Development and Marketing teams within a fast-paced architecture and design consultancy.
The primary focus of this role will be to assist the Business Development team in preparing high-quality proposals, bids, presentations, capability documents, and other client-facing materials. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating professional layouts, organizing complex information, and ensuring that every submission reflects the company's brand and design standards.
The role will also support the Marketing team with the development of digital and print marketing assets, presentations, social media graphics, project brochures, internal communications, and other branded collaterals.
As the role operates within an architecture and interior design environment, an understanding of architectural drawings, plans, elevations, renders and design documentation would be highly advantageous.
The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for layout and typography, excellent attention to detail and confidence working with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. The candidate should also be comfortable working with AI-enabled creative tools for rapid conceptual development, text generation, image generation, and video creation, using these technologies to enhance efficiency and support high-quality creative output.
Qualifications
Education
Required
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design or a related field.
Preferred
- Additional certifications or training in graphic design, digital media, motion graphics or related disciplines.
Experience
- 1-3 years of professional experience or internship in graphic design, either in-house, agency-side or within a related creative environment.
- Previous experience within an architecture, interior design, real estate, engineering or construction consultancy would be an advantage.
- Experience preparing corporate proposals, presentations, portfolios or other document-heavy layouts is highly desirable.
Skills
Essential
- Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign, with the ability to create professional multi-page proposals, presentations, and document layouts.
- Good proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, image composition, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to translate technical and written information into clear, visually engaging layouts.
- Practical knowledge of AI-enabled creative tools for fast-paced conceptual design and the generation of text, images and video, using these tools to support proposals, presentations and marketing content.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong approach to quality control.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously within a fast-paced working environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with Business Development, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, and other internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred
- Basic understanding of architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, diagrams, and renders.
- Experience working with architecture or interior design presentations and project documentation.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly or similar platforms, including prompt development and the ability to integrate AI-generated content into professional design workflows.
- Familiarity with Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro for motion graphics and video editing.
- Familiarity with Canva, Figma or similar design tools.
- Understanding digital and social media content requirements.
- Basic knowledge of print production and document preparation.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
