Job Summary
We are looking for an IT Tender Executive to manage end-to-end tendering and bidding activities for IT Infrastructure, Networking, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Hardware, Software and Managed Services projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and monitor IT tenders from Government, PSU, Corporate and private organizations.
- Search tenders through GeM, CPPP and other e-tendering portals.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, BOQ and commercial requirements.
- Prepare Technical & Commercial Bids and ensure timely submission.
- Coordinate with Sales, Presales, Technical, Purchase and Finance teams for required documents and pricing.
- Prepare compliance sheets, BOQ, quotations, declarations, authorization letters and other tender documents.
- Coordinate for OEM authorization, technical datasheets and compliance certificates wherever required.
- Manage tender-related EMD, tender fees, PBG/BG and other documentation.
- Track tender deadlines, corrigendums, clarifications, bid openings and results.
- Maintain a database/record of participated, awarded and upcoming IT tenders.
- Support the sales team during technical clarifications, negotiations and post-bid activities.
- Ensure all tender submissions meet the required technical, commercial and statutory compliance.
