Job Title: SailPoint Developer Experience: 6+ Years Location: Remote Job Description We are looking for an experienced SailPoint Developer with 6+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) or IdentityNow. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting SailPoint-based identity governance solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow solutions. Develop and customize workflows, rules, connectors, and provisioning processes. Integrate SailPoint with enterprise applications such as Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD, Workday, ServiceNow, and REST/SOAP APIs. Configure Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycle management. Implement access requests, certifications, RBAC, and compliance policies. Troubleshoot provisioning, aggregation, and synchronization issues. Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams. Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support. Create technical documentation and follow IAM best practice Required Skills 6+ years of experience in IAM with strong expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow. Hands-on experience with Java, BeanShell, XML, SQL, REST APIs, and LDAP. Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, and enterprise application integrations. Strong understanding of RBAC, SOD, access certifications, and identity lifecycle management. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow Certification. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure). Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps. Knowledge of SSO, MFA, SCIM, and OAuth is an added advantage.
