Role Overview
We are hiring an Interior Designer with strong sales capability to manage end-to-end client interactions—from requirement discovery to design proposal and deal closure. The role blends design consultation + revenue responsibility, requiring both aesthetic sense and commercial awareness.
Key Responsibilities1. Client Consultation & Sales
- Handle inbound and walk-in leads for residential interior projects
- Understand client requirements, lifestyle, and budget constraints
- Present design concepts aligned with client expectations
- Convert leads into paying customers (ownership of sales closure)
2. Design Execution (Pre-Sales)
- Create space plans, mood boards, and initial design concepts
- Develop 2D/3D layouts using tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar
- Provide material suggestions, color schemes, and furniture layouts
- Prepare client presentations and quotations
3. Coordination
- Work with execution teams, vendors, and project managers
- Ensure design feasibility within budget and timelines
- Maintain documentation for client discussions and approvals
4. Revenue Ownership
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Upsell design packages, materials, and add-ons
- Maintain strong follow-up pipeline with prospects
Required SkillsDesign
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or equivalent tools
- Strong understanding of residential interior design principles
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, and space planning
Sales
- Proven ability to convert leads into sales
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Customer-centric approach with consultative selling mindset
Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
- 1–5 years of relevant experience (Interior + Sales preferred)
Compensation
- Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives (performance-based)
